The breakfast was quite decent, and the rooms were well-equipped. The hotel offered free coffee during our stay and had a lovely view of the surrounding area from the room. It was also conveniently located near several restaurants and shops.
Despite the positive aspects, my business trip here was somewhat disappointing. The rooms felt outdated, and the service was below average.

Surrounded by beautiful forests up volcano slopes, this hotel has an excellent location right beside a scenic lake. It's conveniently near the bus station and the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are comfortable with traditional Japanese tatami-matting, and the communal bath is a great opportunity to experience local culture. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the full set of toiletries provided adds to the convenience.
The wifi is only available in the lobby, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, being right beside the beautiful lake. I couldn't get enough of the stunning view from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I was impressed with the variety of amenities available, from the free soft serve and coffee to the on-site restaurant and bar. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary comforts and more. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink and the tasty bread provided during check out. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
No cons. This hotel is recommended to everyone.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and two things I loved were the free hot tea and ice cream booth during the evening. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was perfect, right next to the ferry terminal. And, the surrounding area was very peaceful and calm.
The room was a bit worn and outdated, which was a drawback. the pillows were so flat and small that they were uncomfortable to sleep on.
